FutureEverything’s Festival As Lab model (our take on living lab) is forming a keystone part of the 20th anniversary FutureEverything festival, which takes place 26-28 February 2015 in Manchester.
The European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL) and FutureEverything are inviting expressions of interest for self-funded research and innovation projects – research concepts, prototypes or technologies to present and test on the festival visitors and residents of Manchester.
We are doing this at cost, so need to pass on our direct costs to organisations/projects taking part. These costs depend on the level of infrastructure and support you need from us, and the number of organisations/projects taking part.Full details and the call for entries can be found here: http://futureeverything.org/
The deadline for submission of a brief summary is 27th October. If you would be able to share this via your lists/networks and to individuals you feel have a project that would fit, it would be hugely appreciated. We would of course be delighted to reciprocate.
FutureEverything is a partner on the CitySDK project and the CitySDK APIs have been workshopped and tested during the last 3 years, through workshops and innovation challenges taking place within the festival. It is a key opportunity to reach innovators across the world all in one place.
